Silver
The Silver package is designed to help get things started for your special
event. We will provide suggestions on places to host the event based
on your vision. We will recommend vendors that we have worked with in
the past that have provided excellent results. We will provide you with
a list of things that most people forget when planning an event. The
Silver package is for the customer who wants help with the planning,
but has the time and desire to have an active role in all the details.
Two
hour session/$120. Can be extended if needed.
Gold
The Gold package is designed to coordinate your vision and previously
made plans on the actual day of the event. We will take care of everything
on the day of the event. We will make sure all vendors have arrived
and are setup. We will be the liaison between the vendors and you so
you don’t have to worry about the details of the day. We want
to do all the work so you can enjoy the event. We are there to ensure
that the event is smooth and stress free. The Gold package is for the
customer who has already planned their event, but does not want the
hassle of dealing with the details during the event.
Price
is by the hour, not the event or size. $50/hour.
Platinum
The Platinum package is designed for the busy bride that doesn’t
have time to contact many vendors and to shop around for the best prices.
We will do it all for you. This package includes handling of all vendors
and suppliers. We will handle all payments, contracts, and anything
else that is needed for the event. We will maintain the budget that
you want and provide you the event that you want. We will have weekly
meetings to provide an update on all the planning and to offer suggestions
that you might not have thought of. We will coordinate everything for
you. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy your hassle free event.
$3000 for planning and coordinating of entire event.
